Job summary

Stantec Australia is seeking a Senior Water Servicing Coordinator to work on Sydney Water developer projects. The role can be based in Sydney or Wollongong with flexible work arrangements and opportunities for fieldwork, client engagement and project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Water Servicing Coordinator role, project management experience on Sydney Water projects, and strong knowledge of Sydney Water policies. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Water Servicing Coordinator role.
• Experience in project management on Sydney Water projects.
• Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects.
• Data analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goals.
• Design coordination and submission of proposals within timeframes and budgets.
• Attend project/client meetings and engage in community consultation.
• Undertake field work and site inspections.
