Job summary

Stantec Australia is seeking a Senior Water Servicing Coordinator to work on Sydney Water developer projects. The role can be based in Sydney or Wollongong with flexible work arrangements and opportunities for fieldwork, client engagement and project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Water Servicing Coordinator role, project management experience on Sydney Water projects, and strong knowledge of Sydney Water policies. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

Senior Water Servicing Coordinator (Engineer)

Stantec's Community Development team is seeking to appoint a Senior Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC). Reporting to the Utilities and WSC lead, you will be responsible for working on major Sydney Water developer works projects pertaining to the design of Sydney Water infrastructure for major transport, and community development projects. This role can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong and offers flexible work arrangements.

Day to day tasks would involve:

Working with Sydney Waters Hydra and E-Developer system

Working on projects from Application to Project Completion

Working with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations

Data analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goals

Design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met

Attendance at project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation

Undertaking field work and site inspections

Lead and manage projects

To be successful for this role you'll need:

Demonstrated at least 5 years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role

Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects

Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures

Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
