Job summary

Ayva Packaging Pty is seeking a Warehouse/Storeman to pick and pack orders, process inbound/outbound materials and conduct cycle counts. The role supports timely dispatches, accuracy and a well-organised warehouse, operating in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

The position requires experience in warehousing, a valid forklift licence (high reach) and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• HSC or equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years’ experience as a Storeman or in a similar warehouse role.
• Valid forklift licence (high reach).
• Experience using SAP for inventory and stock movements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Storeman duties including loading and unloading trucks and preparing orders.
• Receiving raw materials and finished goods and ensuring accurate paperwork.
• Picking and packing orders and labeling stock for dispatch.
• Store inventory in an accessible and organized manner.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct cycle counts and reconcile with SAP.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and proper storage of materials.
• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service and Planning to locate inventory.
• Operate forklift and assist with moving loads on pallets.
