Job summary

Rio Industrial Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at the Sunshine site, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. The role requires strong warehousing leadership, operational excellence and accurate stock management to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee stock movements, DIFOT performance, and the safe operation of the site’s warehousing functions, while leading a team of drivers and coordinating with production, logistics and 3PLs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of the site’s warehousing function.
• Manage logistics and dispatch movements ensuring timely, efficient performance within budgetary and safety guidelines.
• Achieve DIFOT targets (~95%) through proactive planning and coordination with teams.
• Ensure accuracy of inventories including stock takes, variance investigations and validation across site and 3PLs.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, promoting a positive culture of trust and high performance.
