Job summary

JD Sports Brisbane is seeking a Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store visuals and drive brand presentation across our Queensland stores from Brisbane. You will mentor junior VM, collaborate with store teams, and translate seasonal directives into compelling displays that boost customer engagement.

You'll plan creative concepts, manage campaigns, stock presentation, and ensure high standards are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a high turnover, large format fashion retailer
• Tertiary Qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) is favourable
• Love fashion and have a strong knowledge of our brands
• Customer-first mindset and passion for creating a great customer shopping experience
• Demonstrate critical thinking and commerciality to drive sales results
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation to meet daily priorities
• Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Adaptable to change as processes evolve with business growth

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences through inspiring visual merchandising
• Plan and execute in-store creative concepts including campaigns, windows and mannequins
• Initiate and implement innovative VM & creative solutions to support store functions
• Organise and execute setup for promotional events/installations for the brand and store
• Support Store Manager to manage campaigns, visual merchandising, stock and in-store marketing
