Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Sydney. You will inspire customers through captivating displays, drive brand vision, and lead the in-store visuals across the business, mentoring junior VM and supporting the Store Manager in maintaining high presentation standards.

You will develop and implement creativity strategies aligned to JD Sports commercial goals, overseeing campaigns, events, and ongoing stock and merchandising priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a similar high turnover fashion retailer role.
• Visual Merchandising qualifications preferred (Cert IV/Diploma).

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences through inspiring visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute in-store creative concepts, campaigns, windows and mannequins.
• Initiate innovative VM solutions and support store functions.
• Organise setup for promotions and events in-store.
• Support Store Manager with campaign launches, stock management and marketing.
