Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser to lead all in-store visuals and inspire customers with captivating merchandise displays. You will collaborate with the VM and Management teams to maintain high presentation standards and drive brand execution.

You’ll mentor Junior VM staff, develop store creativity strategies aligned with JD Sports commercial goals, and manage campaigns, windows, and promotional events across the rostered Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a high turnover, large format fashion retailer.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) is favourable.
• Love fashion and have a strong knowledge of our brands.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for creating a great customer shopping experience.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and commerciality to drive sales.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation to execute daily priorities.

Responsibilities

• Creating exceptional customer experiences through inspiring visual merchandising.
• Planning and executing in-store creative concepts including campaigns, windows, and mannequins to deliver the brand vision.
• Initiating and implementing innovative VM and creative solutions to support store functions.
• Organising and executing the set up for all promotional events/installations for the brand and the store.
• Supporting Store Manager to plan and manage multiple priorities including campaign launches and stock management.
