Job summary

Kingfisher Bay Resort is seeking a Master for our vessels operating from Cape Jervis or Penneshaw. In this senior leadership role, you'll ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vessels while providing excellent customer service. You will lead a small team, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and manage all related operational duties. This is an exciting time for our business as we prepare for additional services to and from Kangaroo Island. We value diversity and encourage all applications.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle difficult situations.
• Experience in Vessel Safety Management is essential.
• Strong reporting and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
• Maintain compliance with local and domestic laws.
• Implement and verify the Safety Management System on board.
