The University of Sydney’s Sydney Conservatorium of Music is seeking a Venue and Events Delivery Manager to oversee daily administration, programming, and stakeholder liaison for performances and events at SCM Parramatta and other USYD venues.

This full-time role requires strong venue operations, budgeting, and technical coordination, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. You will work across venues to ensure high-quality events and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in venue management and event delivery with relevant arts/admin background.
• Experience designing and delivering artistic programs in theatre or concert settings.
• Ability to develop new relationships with potential users and hirers of the venue.
• Understanding of audiences and building repeat visitation and community presence.
• Experience coordinating events, managing performers and technical aspects.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily administration activities and provide guidance to staff.
• Develop opportunities with stakeholders to program activations and performances.
• Coordinate communication between university staff and external partners.
• Program masterclasses, VIP events, recitals, schools and community outreach.
• Collaborate with venue technical team and maintain staff user guides for events.
• Act as a support resource for events at multiple USYD venues when required.
