Responsibilities

• Complete a diverse range of valuation assignments across alternative asset classes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client service by understanding the nuanced requirements of alternative property sectors.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports with robust market data, justification, and commentary tailored to specialist assets.
• Utilise JLL's technology platforms to produce professional, consistent, and compelling reports.
• Mentor and review work by Assistant Valuers and contribute to market intelligence in the alternatives sector.
• Support client prospecting and relationship-building within the alternatives space.
