• 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI or product design in financial services.
• End-to-end product design including user research, journey mapping, IA, interaction design, prototyping and usability testing.
• Experience in agile teams collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma with knowledge of design systems and accessibility.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement to balance user needs and business goals.
