Job summary
Breville is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Global Solutions team in a Sydney-based hybrid role. You will tackle problems that connect appliances, apps, and content, collaborating with chefs, engineers, and designers to craft experiences that empower users in the kitchen.
You'll design interfaces for digital and physical products, contribute to the Breville Design System, and develop stunning visuals that align with our award-winning premium brand.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of professional design experience.
- Deep expertise in human-centered design and UX disciplines.
- Strong communication of concepts, design details and rationale.
- Experience in product development from planning to release.
- Proven design experience for physical products and apps.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for digital and physical products within product teams.
- Collaborate with usability researchers to ensure solutions solve real problems.
- Partner with product management, hardware engineers, and software engineers.
- Manage multiple projects across development stages from concept to refinement.
- Contribute to Breville Design System to ensure consistency and quality.
- Craft visual designs that support Breville's premium brand.
- Build and prototype designs using industry-standard software.
