Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Advanced UX Designer to own end-to-end experience design across Sine's product suite. You will translate complex visitor and contractor compliance needs into intuitive interfaces and collaborate with product managers and engineers to define interaction patterns and deliver high/low-fidelity prototypes.

You will drive design system evolution, ensure accessibility, and balance enterprise functionality with simplicity in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field is preferred.
• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with wireframes, prototypes, and visual design for mobile and desktop.
• Experience building and managing a design system.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across Web and Mobile within Sine's product suite.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, user-friendly designs.
• Produce wireframes, low/high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes with supporting documentation.
• Build design concepts using Figma and FigJam.
• Apply UX best practices to balance user needs with business outcomes.
• Lead the design and evolution of Sine's Design Language System.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
