Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead complex UX across our agent-focused SaaS products within Domain. You will partner with product and engineering to shape end‑to‑end experiences, advocate for design systems, and mentor junior designers.

You will operate in a fast-paced, data-informed environment, driving prioritization and delivering high-quality designs that improve product value and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Design or UX/UI.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design outcomes.
• Proficient in Figma with wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience working in agile cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end design initiatives aligned to product strategy and business goals.
• Lead design work across a squad, delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery activities to validate decisions.
• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes and polished designs balancing user needs and tech feasibility.
• Contribute to and evolve Domain’s design system, patterns and standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to shape solutions.
