Job summary

Egis Group, a Brisbane-based leader in urban development, seeks an Associate Engineer with 10+ years’ experience to lead technically demanding projects in Southeast Queensland and nationally. The role focuses on large-scale greenfield and brownfield developments across commercial, industrial, and medium-density sectors.

Qualifications

• Needs: Chartered Engineer status (CPEng) or near.
• Experience with urban development in Queensland.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise through all project lifecycle stages from feasibility to certification.
• Lead and deliver proposals, fee estimation, and contract negotiations.
• Lead meetings with clients, Egis disciplines and external consultants.
• Mentor and develop project teams with technical leadership.
• Manage projects to meet technical requirements within company policies.
• Monitor time and cost against budget and inform clients of scope changes.
• Review technical deliverables for compliance with standards.
