Job summary

A global engineering organization is seeking a dynamic Principal Engineer to lead their Urban Development team in Brisbane. The role involves steering a talented group of Engineers, nurturing client relationships, and managing impactful projects while ensuring adherence to Australian Standards and local council guidelines. Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, significant experience, and strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years’ experience working in Urban Development.
• Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of Australian Standards.
• Experience managing projects to meet Client objectives.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities.
• Experience in successfully managing projects meeting Client objectives.
• Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes.
• Strong understanding of greenfield projects, water environments, and water resource management.
