Tract Consultants in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Urban Designer to help shape Australian communities and growth. You will work on masterplanned developments and urban growth projects, collaborating with planners, landscape architects and urban designers.

You will lead design with stakeholder engagement, guide structure plans and feasibility studies, and manage multiple projects across greenfield sites in Victoria. The role offers progression within a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in urban design and masterplanning.
• Experience leading or contributing to masterplanned communities and structure plans.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams through planning, design and approval phases.
• Excellent design, graphic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing and reviewing masterplans, subdivision layouts, yield analysis and design documentation.
• Strong technical capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite and QGIS.
• Experience using CAD platforms such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
