Job summary

Core Talent seeks an experienced Senior/Associate Urban Designer to lead and shape major NSW places, masterplans and public realm projects from concept through to delivery. The role offers ownership, progression and close work with senior design leaders in a multidisciplinary studio.

You will drive project delivery, manage teams and contribute to ongoing growth of the NSW portfolio, with opportunities to advance to higher responsibilities and client leadership within a city-shaping practice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale masterplans and urban design projects.
• Strong understanding of place-making and spatial planning.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time.
• Senior Urban Designer to Associate level will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver urban design projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop large-scale masterplans and urban design frameworks.
• Work across new places, public realm and urban renewal projects.
• Manage project delivery, timelines and coordination.
• Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, planners and external consultants.
• Prepare design strategies, presentations and documentation.
• Support project teams and mentor junior designers.
• Contribute to client relationships and project work-winning opportunities.
