Job summary

Global Engineering & Advisory Consultancy in Sydney seeks a Senior Urban Civil Engineer to lead civil and land development design from concept through to construction. You will develop practical solutions for grading, drainage, access and servicing, review designs, and provide technical guidance across multiple projects.

The role requires mentoring junior engineers, managing client relationships, and contributing to proposals and business development on major urban, infrastructure and land

Qualifications

• Australian consulting experience across urban/land development projects.
• Broad design experience across stormwater, drainage, grading and civil infrastructure.
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering designs from concept to detailed design and construction.
• Develop practical solutions for grading, drainage, access and servicing.
• Review and oversee designs produced by engineers and designers.
• Provide technical guidance across multiple projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; liaise with clients and authorities.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to proposals and business development.
