Job summary

Redpath Australia is recruiting LH Service Crew for the Cowal Project in West Wyalong, a landmark underground mining operation with a 5-year secured contract. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering stability, a camp with full accommodation, and real career progression as the project ramps up.

You will join a safety‑focused team, work on a 2/2 rotating roster, and have access to ongoing training and development, with opportunities for advancement across Redpath’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Previous underground mining experience in a service crew role.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and productivity.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts on a 2/2 roster.
• Willingness to learn, upskill, and grow within the business.
• Relevant tickets, competencies and medicals (or willingness to obtain).
