Job summary

Roboyo is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of automation workstreams for international clients in a distributed delivery environment. You will design and implement scalable UiPath-based solutions, integrating with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

The role requires 5+ years in Intelligent Automation, UiPath Advanced Developer certification, and strong software engineering fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Professional certification is required.
• Strong grounding in software engineering principles including SQL databases, API integrations, and version control (Git).
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate complex problems into clean architectures.
• Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to technical peers and project management.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to own the technical delivery of Automation workstreams end-to-end — from design and development through testing and deployment — working with international clients across a distributed, global delivery environment.

What You Will Own

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using advanced UiPath capabilities, integrating with various APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Activelyparticipate in the CI/CD pipeline, writing and executing automated unit and integration tests to ensure flawless deployments and mitigate production risks.
• Take the lead on diagnosing and resolving complex technical defects, optimising performance bottlenecks, and stabilizing processes before handoff to support teams.
• Able to own the technical delivery from infrastructure to production i.e. take full ownership of automation cycle with strong focus on security, governanceand performanceoptmisation.
• Able to lead end-to-end platform setup & administration i.e. capable of configuring,deployingand managing UiPath environments including using UiPath admin centre. Implement secure integration with enterprise system, including Entra ID, MS graph, RBAC, etc.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines (CICD) integrating UiPath projects with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions using yml.
• Act as a technical guide for junior and mid-level automation engineers within your pod. Assist the Tech Lead with rigorous peer code reviews to enforce coding standards and reusability.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering, with deep, demonstrableexpertisein developing complex workflows in UiPath(UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework, Document Understanding)
• UiPath AdvancedDeveloper Professionalcertification
• Solid command of software engineering principles, including SQL databases, API integrations, and version control (Git)
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to reverse-engineer legacy processes and design elegant, efficient modernarchitecture
• Strong ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical peers and project management
