Shotland Consulting Pty Ltd - Sydney CBD NSW is recruiting for a Treasury Analyst / Senior Treasury Analyst to join Centuria Capital's treasury function. The role spans the full debt lifecycle from sourcing and structuring debt to settlement, risk management and treasury systems administration.

You will partner with Treasury, Finance, Fund Management and banks, supporting covenant monitoring, hedging and reporting. A 3–5 year treasury background and strong Excel capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business/Commerce or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant treasury experience.
• Exposure to secured lending and financing documentation.
• Understanding of interest-rate risk management and hedging products.
• Advanced Excel skills and treasury systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and structuring debt for acquisitions, refinancings and extensions.
• Support lender tender processes, pricing, tenor and facility terms.
• Assist with end-to-end transaction execution including settlement and risk management.
• Maintain and monitor the Treasury Management System and data accuracy.
• Generate treasury reports covering MTM, drawdowns and portfolio information.
• Coordinate compliance activities, LEI renewals and documentation with financiers and banks.
