Bank Australia Limited is seeking a Treasury Middle Office - Senior Analyst to join our Treasury team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on owning, executing and improving Treasury risk frameworks, ensuring outputs are accurate, controlled and fit-for-purpose while separating funding execution from risk management.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you will deliver timely liquidity, IRRBB and risk reporting to ALCO and Executives, drive data governance and process uplift, and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of liquidity risk and IRRBB in an APRA-regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience in treasury risk reporting and ALM modelling.
• Proficiency with Treasury/ALM systems and large datasets.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with focus on data integrity and controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate liquidity, IRRBB and risk reporting for ALCO, Executives and regulators.
• Maintain and enhance liquidity and IRRBB measurement frameworks.
• Support regulatory reporting obligations with validation, reconciliation and controls.
• Oversee treasury models, systems and data governance with proper documentation.
• Drive process, control and reporting uplift for readiness and BAU transition.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk and Finance to improve reporting and systems.
