Job summary

Transport For NSW Milsons Point, NSW, is seeking a Senior Transport Planner- Land Use Outcomes to help shape and transform urban spaces, contribute to sustainable development and create vibrant, liveable communities for future generations. You will work with a team to deliver integrated transport, land use, housing and infrastructure planning across NSW, developing strategies, planning studies, business cases and rezoning initiatives that influence how people live, work and move.

Qualifications

• Planning, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills developed across transport and urban planning.
• Experience in land use planning, transport planning, precinct planning and project management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver housing, infrastructure and land use outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team delivering integrated transport, land use, housing and infrastructure planning outcomes across NSW.
• Develop and deliver transport strategies, planning studies, business cases, precinct plans and rezoning initiatives.
• Contribute to planning insights and integrated solutions through research, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate Transport’s input into urban development programs and state-led rezoning initiatives.
