Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units, turning strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

You will oversee discovery through to implementation, manage governance, risk and change, and report progress with executive-level insight. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a proven track record in large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Experienced project professional with a proven track record leading large-scale business transformation, business improvement or technology-enabled programs within complex organisations.
• Strong project management expertise, supported by recognised project management qualifications, delivering outcomes through cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, change management and reporting.
• Prepare high-quality governance materials and executive-level communications to track progress and outcomes.
