nbn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units, turning strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes. You will manage discovery, requirements gathering, planning, and successful delivery within time and budget, aligned to business objectives.

Working across nbn, you will coordinate diverse stakeholders, drive governance, risk and issue management, and oversee change management and reporting.

Qualificações

• You are an experienced project professional with a proven track record leading large-scale business transformation, business improvement or technology-enabled programs within complex organisations.
• You bring strong project management expertise, supported by recognised project management qualifications, and have successfully delivered outcomes through cross-functional teams in dynamic and evolving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units, turning strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes.
• Manage discovery, requirements gathering, planning, and successful delivery within time and budget, aligned to business objectives.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders to create a clear view of cross-functional processes, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver capabilities that enhance operational performance.
• Oversee project governance, risk and issue management, change management and reporting, ensuring delivery remains aligned with PMO frameworks and quality standards.
• Influence decision-making at senior leadership levels and prepare high-quality governance materials and executive-level communications.
