Job summary

Experis Australia is seeking a senior Architecture Lead to own the strategy and delivery roadmap for a major, multi-year transformation program. You will lead a six-architect team across solution, integration, data and security, reporting to the Head of Architecture.

Role requires extensive experience in large-scale transformations, a track record with billing systems in regulated industries, and a strong ability to navigate ambiguity while shaping the program's governance and vendor engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience leading major transformation programs at senior architect level.
• Background in billing systems within a highly regulated industry.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping program governance.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture strategy and delivery roadmap for a major transformation program.
• Lead gap analysis and initial design with early decisions on target architecture and vendor engagement.
• Lead and coordinate a team of ~6 architects across solution, integration, data and security.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in across the business with strong internal advocacy.
• Within 6 months, engage vendors in design meetings and direct briefing.
