Job summary

EY in Perth is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead business transformation programs across public and private sectors, delivering large-scale change and program management. You will work with senior client stakeholders and EY teams to shape strategies, establish delivery foundations and drive successful implementation of major transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting or transformation roles.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of complex business transformation and program engagements across industries.
• Define objectives with senior client stakeholders and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Establish governance, reporting and delivery frameworks for large programs.
• Deliver project and program management across the full lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to drive alignment.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues.
• Build relationships across EY's network and mentor junior staff.
