Job summary

EY in Perth seeks a Manager in our Technology Strategy & Transformation team to lead complex technology-enabled transformation engagements across asset-intensive sectors. You will partner with senior technology executives, translate strategy into practical roadmaps, and guide delivery with strong governance in a hybrid Perth-based role.

You'll apply data analysis, architecture or agile delivery skills, manage scope and risk, coach junior staff, and help build a delivery-focused team culture

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology strategy, transformation, PMO, project delivery or consulting engagements with tangible business outcomes.
• Strong project and portfolio delivery capability, including governance, stakeholder management and execution.
• Confidence working with senior technology executives and communicating complex information clearly.
• Hands-on, outcome-focused approach moving from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology-enabled transformation, project delivery and business improvement engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior technology executives and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical roadmaps, delivery plans, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Lead project portfolio management, business analysis and governance activities.
• Apply technical capability such as data analysis, architecture or agile delivery expertise.
• Manage delivery scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, quality and expectations.
• Facilitate workshops to drive decisions and alignment.
• Coach junior team members and foster a delivery-focused culture.
