Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Advisory & Deals to drive technology strategies and post-merger integrations. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define enterprise-wide technology roadmaps, operating models and AI-enabled innovations, while balancing cost, risk and value.

You will lead governance, risk, and delivery across multi-stream programs, coach junior teams, and contribute to business development and market reputation within M&A.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology M&A or related consulting.
• Experience in technology strategy and transformation programs.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder engagements and advise C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale M&A technology transformations and roadmaps.
• Secure executive sponsorship for delivery strategies and business cases.
• Translate strategy into enterprise delivery plans and operating models.
• Provide advisory on emerging tech, AI, and delivery models.
• Oversee governance, risk, due diligence, and transition planning.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and thought leadership.
