Qualifikationen

• Experience either in a consulting capacity or in industry.
• Experience with financial institutions such as insurers, wealth/asset managers, and banks.
• Experience working in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in a reputable firm, investment bank or corporate development.

Aufgaben

• Manage the delivery of technology and operational due diligence, post‑merger integrations and separation / carve‑out engagements.
• Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information.
• Develop project plans for pre‑deal, integration or separation in an M&A context.
• Identify risks and issues and support mitigation within integration or separation programs.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
