Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in trade waiter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of professional table and F&B service procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to provide attentive and professional service in a restaurant.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive table service to guests.
• Greet customers, present menus and take food and beverage orders.
• Provide information and recommendations on menu items and drinks.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Prepare and reset tables for service; liaise with kitchen and FOH staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries.
• Process payments accurately and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Provide service during functions and events when required.
• Comply with RSA, food safety and WHS requirements.
