Job summary

epm Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join a hybrid-model team delivering a range of town planning consultancy services. You will advise clients, manage projects, and mentor junior staff while expanding your expertise across education, health, housing and related sectors.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and authorities, preparation of planning documents, and contributing to project outcomes in NSW.

Qualifications

• Degree (or near qualified) in Town Planning or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good understanding of the NSW Planning system.
• Ability to work within a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Ability to liaise with clients, government and stakeholders.
• Commitment to high-quality service and ongoing professional development.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (Class C) preferred.
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid working rights for Australia.
