Job summary

Iterate is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Melbourne to lead the delivery of a major Transport Management System (TMS) as part of a large-scale supply chain transformation. This senior role requires coordinating across business, technology, transport operations, vendors and delivery partners to drive planning, design, integration, testing and go-live.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Experience managing large-scale transport or supply chain projects.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Solid governance, RAID, budget and risk management experience.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and delivery partners.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale TMS implementation.
• Develop and manage integrated project plan across design, configuration, integration, data, testing, change and deployment.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, vendor and partner workstreams.
• Manage dependencies across broader WMS, OMS and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Drive systems integration across ERP, WMS, carriers, suppliers and reporting platforms.
• Manage project governance, RAID, budgets, forecasting, risks and executive reporting.
• Work with vendors and implementation partners to manage deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition into support.
