Job summary

AusNet Services Ltd in Victoria is seeking an experienced Third Party Interface Manager to lead planning, governance and delivery of all third-party interfaces for the Western Renewables Link project.

You will report to the project leadership team and manage over 100 utility and stakeholder interfaces, coordinating with Powercor, councils, authorities and the EPC contractor to ensure safe, on-time progress and alignment with milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience in managing complex construction logistics with multiple stakeholders.
• Contractual, legal, commercial, industrial relations and legislative compliance.
• Advanced financial and commercial management including cost control and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, governance and delivery of all third-party interfaces and enabling works.
• Coordinate with Powercor, local councils, authorities, service providers and EPC contractor.
• Oversee undergrounding works and relocation of distribution assets.
• Develop and execute interface management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule and budget, with proactive corrective actions.
• Lead commercial, contractual and financial management activities per governance frameworks.
• Build relationships with utilities, authorities and internal teams for positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership in safety, environmental management and risk practices.
