Job summary

Nixil Pty in Canberra is seeking a Sustainment Lead to coordinate operations, maintenance and lifecycle activities across complex ICT systems. This role requires current NV2 and/or TSPV security clearance and a start date in June 2027.

You will plan maintenance, upgrades and patches, coordinate technical teams to resolve incidents, and manage sustainment priorities, risks and obsolescence while maintaining documentation and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ICT sustainment or operational support teams.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, configuration and release management.
• Experience with ITSM, asset management and monitoring tools.
• Strong technical coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance, upgrades, patches and lifecycle support.
• Coordinate technical teams to resolve incidents, defects and recurring problems.
• Manage sustainment priorities, resources, risks and system obsolescence.
• Maintain support documentation, configuration records and operational readiness.
