Job summary

The NDIA invites an EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) to oversee end-to-end testing of complex projects, planning, preparing and delivering testing across Unit, SIT, and Regression cycles for multiple products.

You will manage test cases, produce reports, drive test strategies and quality assurance while engaging internal and external stakeholders. Australian citizenship is required, with Labour Hire licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Implement Test Governance across the project test lifecycle.
• Analyse requirements and provide test case traceability.
• Understand Test Phases and Test Types and Defect Management metrics.
• Communicate and drive key test outcomes with stakeholders.
• Experience with generative AI in testing and safe integration.
• Exposure to Agile Delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing of complex projects across multiple products.
• Create, manage, and own test cases through all lifecycle phases.
• Produce reports, interpret data and analyze results using statistics.
• Develop and review test strategies, plans, and coverage matrices.
• Deliver clear communication to diverse audiences across teams.
• Foster collaborative relationships to achieve outcomes.
