Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking an EL1 Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for complex ICT projects within the NDIA framework. The role focuses on planning, execution across SIT and regression testing, and delivering high-quality test artefacts and reports.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, translate technical information for diverse audiences, and foster cross-team collaboration to achieve project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-end testing of complex projects across more than one product including planning, preparing and delivering testing across lifecycles (Unit, System Testing, SIT, Regression).
• Creation, management and ownership of Test Cases across all phases of the testing lifecycle.
• Producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
• Engaging in quality management and testing assurance activities through the preparation and review of test strategies, plans, accessible test scripts, and coverage matrices.
• Delivering impactful communication by translating technical information clearly and concisely for diverse audiences.
• Building supportive, collaborative working relationships within and across teams, and engaging with technical business areas to achieve outcomes.

Role/s: 1 x EL1 Test Manager

The EL1 Test Lead is accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity and/or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across the ICT support service functions of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

The EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests across a range of forums.

Key duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Own the end-end testing of complex projects including, planning, preparing and delivering testing through the various testing lifecycles including Unit, System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing for product releases across more than one product
• Creation, management and ownership of Test Cases across all phases of the testing lifecycle
• Producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
• Engaging in quality management and testing assurance activities through the preparation and review of test strategies, plans, accessible test scripts, and coverage matrices.
