Job summary

The NDIA is seeking an EL1 Test Manager based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, to lead end-to-end testing across multiple complex projects and product releases. The role requires managing testing lifecycles, test strategies, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality ICT support services for the agency.

You will own test plans, create test cases, generate reports, and coordinate across teams to deliver reliable outcomes for NDIA initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-end testing of complex projects including planning, preparing and delivering testing through testing lifecycles (Unit, System Testing, SIT, Regression) for multiple products.
• Create, manage and own Test Cases across all phases of the testing lifecycle.
• Produce reports, interpret data and analyse results using standard statistical techniques.
• Engage in quality management and testing assurance activities through test strategies, plans, accessible test scripts, and coverage matrices.
• Deliver clear, impactful communication by translating technical information for diverse audiences.
• Build collaborative relationships within and across teams to achieve outcomes.
