Job summary

PeopleLogic in Adelaide, Australia, is seeking a Test Lead/QA Lead to drive testing across complex enterprise programs. You will own test planning, execution, monitoring and reporting, and lead SIT, system testing, E2E, and UAT efforts with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Lead/Manager or similar senior testing role.
• Strong experience in test planning, management, execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Hands-on experience across SIT, System Testing, E2E, Regression, Functional Testing, and UAT.
• Experience in UI Testing and Cross-Browser Testing.
• Strong experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Experience facilitating UAT and obtaining business sign-off.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience in complex enterprise technology or transformation programs is highly desirable.
