Qualifications

• 5+ years automating test frameworks and scripts.
• Automation testing for System and System Integration testing.
• Automation design from requirements with UI and API focus.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• SQL querying and basic database skills.
• XML/AVRO or message parsing exposure.
• CI/CD tools: GitLab, Nexus, SonarQube.
• Automation frameworks: Cucumber, Selenium, Playwright, Mockito, RestAssured.
• Microservices/container testing exposure.
• Programming in Java, PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Be a practitioner in the Quality Engineering and Testing CoP.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, Support Analysts to define scope.
• Traceability from tests back to requirements.
• Assist in test planning and environment data setup.
• Own test automation framework and tools.
• Log defects and analyze root causes.
• Maintain automated test code and run tests.
• Record defects, results, and signoffs for releases.
• Execute complex test scripts and analyse results.
• Support CI/CD and testing policies within the team.
