Job summary

Avigma Tech LLC is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer in Canberra to lead automated UI and API testing across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will design, implement and maintain robust regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate across agile teams on multiple initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in software testing, expertise in Playwright/Selenium/EasyRepro, and strong API testing skills, with Azure DevOps and VS Code proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing with UI, functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
• Hands-on testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• UI test automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, executing and maintaining automated UI regression test suites.
• Strong API & integration testing using Postman/Newman, REST Assured, Playwright API or similar.
• Testing APIs, Dataverse plugins/custom APIs, authentication flows and integrations.
• Integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with VS Code, Azure DevOps, source control, defect management and test reporting.
• Strong SDLC and Agile methodologies knowledge.
• Ability to work across projects, technologies, testing phases, teams and domains.
• ISTQB Automation Certification or equivalent.
• In-depth Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power BI experience.
• Experience with server-side/plugin logic, environment variables, secrets configuration and API Management policies.
• Experience with Jira or similar test/defect management tools alongside Azure DevOps.
