Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Senior Test Analyst for a Federal Government client in Canberra. You will create, review and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring quality across functional and non-functional areas, and coordinate with Business Analysts and vendor personnel to define test conditions.

Looking for understanding of SDLC, defect reporting and resolution, and maintaining government information management standards.

Qualifications

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Test Analysts in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Create, review and execute manual and automated test cases (functional and non-functional), test scenarios, compose defect reports and manage failed test back-logs.


• Co-ordinate with the Business Analysts, Vendor personnel, reviewing requirements/specifications and defining test conditions.


• Understanding of Software Development processes.


• Identifying, analysing and resolving issues impacting the suite of applications and ensuring defects are fixed and promoted to production successfully.


• Maintaining information management standards that meet government.
