You will coordinate with Estimating, Operations, Finance and Legal to deliver competitive, deliverable tender solutions for underground mining projects. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in tender management within mining or construction, strong commercial judgement, and proven leadership of cross-functional

Qualificações

• Ten years minimum in tender management and leadership roles within mining, mining contracting or construction.
• Proven track record of leading successful tenders and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, commercial risk and delivery models.
• Experience coordinating with operational, estimating, technical and commercial teams to develop competitive tender solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior clients and leaders.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tender deadlines.
• Collaborative and practical leadership style.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end tender process including bid strategy, planning, team coordination, submission quality and post-tender activities.
• Collaborate with Estimating to develop competitive submissions.
• Combine operational, technical and commercial input to meet client requirements.
• Ensure bid governance aligns with delivery capability.
• Monitor market activity and opportunities to support growth.
• Build trusted client relationships across the mining industry.
• Support pricing strategies, contract structures and risk management.
• Oversee handover from tender to project execution.
