Job summary

Spiecapag Australia, part of VINCI Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to join our Brisbane CBD Pre-contracts team. You will support tender work from strategy through submission and may transition to project delivery after award.

Working with estimating, engineering and commercial teams, you will coordinate inputs, develop execution strategies, conduct constructability reviews and produce persuasive submissions for senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex construction tenders from initial review to submission and clarification.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programs and resourcing plans.
• Ability to coordinate inputs from estimating, engineering, commercial and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate tender activities, including strategy, programme, governance, reviews and submission.
• Review tender documents to confirm scope, deliverables, contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate inputs from estimating, engineering, construction, commercial, planning, procurement, HSEQ and other stakeholders.
• Develop tender execution strategies, construction methodologies, resourcing plans, schedules and deliverables.
• Lead constructability reviews and identify risks, opportunities and value-engineering opportunities.
• Engage with clients, joint venture partners, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to support submissions.
• Prepare and present tender reviews and approvals to senior management.
• Ensure tender documents are accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
• Support tender clarification and handover activities, with potential move to project delivery after award.
