Job summary

Lightsource bp seeks a Senior Tender and Contracts Manager to lead APAC tendering for large-scale solar, wind and storage projects from early development to Notice to Proceed. You will work cross-functionally with Development, Legal, HSE, Finance and Engineering to align requirements and negotiate contracts that balance cost, risk and schedule.

This role requires 10+ years in renewables or construction, strong APAC procurement knowledge, and proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in renewable energy or construction with EPCs or similar.
• Strong APAC market and procurement knowledge.
• Experience managing projects with MV/HV networks.
• Proven contract closure and managing claims/variations.
• Delivery-focused with stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-tender, RFQs, ITTs, onboarding contractors, and cross-functional coordination.
• Define requirements with stakeholders across Development, Legal, HSE, Finance.
• Lead commercial negotiations and shape contract terms.
• Prepare approval papers and governance sign-offs.
• Manage tender schedules, logs, and reporting to project teams.
• Support claims prevention and contract interpretation guidance.
• Represent Lightsource bp at events and promote safety/integrity.
