Job summary

AJ Technology Services QLD seeks qualified Senior Telecommunications Technicians based in our Toowoomba office to join a long‑standing, family‑style team. Responsibilities include installation and coordination of copper and fibre cabling projects, fibre splicing, termination and testing, plus on‑site supervision and mentoring of technicians.

You’ll read drawings and specifications and communicate with project managers effectively.

Qualifications

• Five years industry experience.
• Open ACMA licence with endorsements (cablers licence).
• General Construction Card (white card).
• Ability to qualify for Working with Children card.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Experience in fibre optic splicing, termination and testing.
• Experience in structured copper and fibre cabling projects.
• Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications.
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
