• Significant experience designing or transforming large-scale service provider networks.
• Deep expertise in IP routing or optical transport.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical challenges into business outcomes.
• Strong consulting, architecture and solution-development skills.
• Experience across multi-country environments.
• Ability to move between executive conversations, architecture discussions and technical delivery teams.
• Interest in automation, observability and the future of AI-enabled network operations.

Responsibilities

• Shape customer transformation across the entire lifecycle.
• Engage senior technology leaders to understand priorities and transformation objectives.
• Help customers develop practical roadmaps for modernising transport networks.
• Connect technology decisions to business outcomes such as cost reduction and reliability.
• Lead solution strategy and CX Professional Services across Service Provider Routing and Optical Transport.
• Work with Sales, CX, engineering, delivery and partner organisations to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption and support long-term transformation journeys.
