Job summary

Brickworks Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Engineer in Horsley Park, NSW. You will provide expert engineering support across the business, ensuring products meet quality, compliance and customer requirements.

You will lead product development, manage certifications, and mentor teams while collaborating with international partners. The role requires a degree in Engineering, strong knowledge of NCC and Australian standards, and the ability to translate technical information for diverse

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline with building products/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in product development, quality assurance, testing, compliance and CI processes.
• Understanding NCC, Australian Standards and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of new product introductions and required documentation.
• Manage product certification, approvals and compliance activities.
• Provide technical leadership and engineering advice to internal and external partners.
• Investigate complex quality and performance issues and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and improve technical standards, specifications and processes.
• Build technical capability through training and guidance of sales teams and customers.
• Support sales and business development with project specifications.
• Contribute to growth initiatives with market insight and product improvements.
