Job summary

Whizdom in Canberra is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to deliver complex IRM and GRC solutions for a major Australian Federal Government department. You will gather requirements, run stakeholder workshops and design workflows within the ServiceNow platform to enable scalable risk and compliance outcomes.

The role requires ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience, CSA certification, NV1 clearance, and proven ability to work in Agile teams while collaborating

Qualifications

• Strong workflow design and configuration capability.

Our client is a major Federal Government department investing in the modernisation of risk, compliance and governance functions through the ServiceNow platform.

With several programs already underway and additional projects planned throughout 2026 and beyond, they are seeking experienced consultants who can help deliver scalable and sustainable ServiceNow outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering complex IRM and GRC solutions within a highly collaborative delivery environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow IRM capabilities
• Designing workflows and automation solutions
• Producing solution designs and implementation documentation
• Working closely with architects, business analysts and technical teams

The Successful Candidate
